How do I measure the intensity of my workouts? Whoop strain. My goal is to always do better than the previous year on a Monthly comparison basis. Interesting observation: I work out more when it's warm outside. Maybe I should move to LA.

I track a lot of data about my health. Thought it'd be fun to share some of it and explain how I use it. Link to my tracker at the end of thread. We'll start with exercise. I try to get at least 3 workouts / wk, and I was compliant 44 weeks of the year. Tracking it daily helps.

I'm also consciously uncoupled from Twitter. It’s a weird day, people on either side of the 50% aren’t sure whether to be grateful or gutted. What I know is how honored I am to have spent time with wonderful people who show an unprecedented level of care for each other.
