@HelloFreshUK I did and you don’t reply, you reply publicly to look good but you never ever acknowledge or compensate.
I had two missing meals two weeks ago, and now all of the missing burgers from a burger meal! When will I be compensated????

@HelloFreshUK It wasn’t made up to me last time when I was missing two meals, had random ingredients delivered and no menu (wouldn’t scan barcode) it’s becoming a huge expensive inconvenience

@johnlewishelp the delivery service has been an absolute joke!!! Can’t believe how much time I’ve wasted and now after waiting in yet again I track it and it’s going back to you! I only spoke to CS Wednesday to rearrange delivery again and give directions! 😒😒😒😒

@virginmedia I left them yesterday. Since joining we can’t get WiFi in any of 2 up /2 down house. Absolutely ridiculous. They wouldn’t do anything . Over 7 months of it

@virginmedia Oh ok. But back in 2015-2020/1 we were with virgin and our WiFi was always brilliant! Zero issues apart from the back bedroom. But now we have nothing anywhere :-/

@virginmedia our internet since joining with you has always been absolutely terrible!!! I can’t ever get through on phone or online. How can I get someone to sort this, or we’ll have to go back to @skytv

@virginmedia Hiya! It’s pretty crap everywhere, the living room which is right by the box is ok… but very very slow, but everywhere else is non existent and needs to be used on 4g ☹️

@luvcatrin Hi Catrin. Please try the Connect App 👉 virginmedia.com/broadband/conn… - you'll be able to do a wireless scan in the property which will identify any coverage blackspots and if a Pod is needed, you'll be prompted order. ^John

@virginmedia WiFi will not work in 99% of the house, the 1 % that does is slow slow slow!! It cuts out constantly. It has been this way since the first day joining! Our second tv box in bedroom has never worked either

@virginmedia Yes this is an issue we have had since we switched to virgin. We never have WiFi. But can’t seem to get virgin to get someone out to fix it. Can’t switch to sky as I’m locked in. So I’m paying all this money for something that has never worked

@virginmedia @virginmedia still have the absolute worst internet!! Never ever ever been good, only barely works on WiFi in one room. I use 3/4g on my phone all the time just to be able to use the internet. I rang the number u mentioned, and it tried to find a fault (it didn’t) then hangs up.

@virginmedia It’s been slow and turning off constantly , we’ve done all the typical resets and reboots that everyone knows to do, it’s now completely gone off and won’t come on. Can I have an engineer now???
