Was going to charge for this, but f**k it. I just put together the LTV Leak Check + 6-Layer Playbook - built from 600+ DTC retention audits and active work with $50M+ brands. What's inside: → A Leak Check GPT that finds your biggest revenue leak and the exact layer that fixes it → Two builder skills - one drafts your calendar blueprint, the other turns it into a brief → How a Shopify brand scaled owned-channel revenue from 23% to 71% of total store revenue → How a brand drove +1,067% Q4 email revenue year over year → A single campaign that pulled $509,099 email + $108,915 SMS → The 6 layers that stack into a full year of email and SMS - most brands only run 4 Now it's yours for free. Just: 1. Like this post 2. Comment "LEAK" And I'll send it over. (Make sure you're following me so I can DM you)

Satya Nadella just casually explained how to own the next decade in 3 paragraphs: - The model isn't the moat. The loop around it is. - Two capitals now: human + token. - Offload a task, never your learning. - Build private evals. - Build the loop every model plugs into.

The most impactful founder strategies on the internet are dying with 12 likes. The operators running 8, 9, 10 and even 11 figure companies post their proven million $ frameworks, and it gets buried under subpar recycled tactics and engagement bait. This account exists to surface them back to your TL. We'll link our best strategy breakdowns below 👇

thats why it’s important to stay quiet about your wildest dreams until they come into manifestation. back in 2023, i wanted to become a freelance writer. unfortunately my south asian immigrant parents would’ve probably laughed and berated me. “that’s not a career.” “have fun making pennies, you shouldve gone into engineering/medical.” so that summer, i worked in silence. i started my own projects, self taught myself marketing, content creation, copywriting. put myself out there online. they just assumed i was dilly dallying post grad in my bedroom. 2 years later, I do full time work from home writing and content creation, financially indepedent, living in my dream city. nobody will believe you until it actually happens. then they’ll ask you how you accomplished. stay quiet and stay faithful in your own self belief and validation before exonerating it to the outside world.

Most people will never discover the outer edges of their potential. They inherit limitations from their environment, their peers, their fears, and slowly begin treating them as facts. The greatest tragedy in life is reaching the end and realizing you spent decades living inside a cage that was locked from the inside.

Had a wealthy friend once tell me: "Respect the process of mastery." People fall into the trap of optimizing everything at once - Business - Finance - Fitness - Love life What people don't realize is life happens in stages. You can't split your attention across 6-7 things and expect all of them to win equally. I spent 2 years trialing and erroring every content strategy and vehicle in the space Since then, I've cracked the algorithm for 7-9 figure founders across ecom, SaaS, and info. Even built: > Systems > Operations > Data-backed insights proven to work Point is Master one skill at a time. Otherwise you're left with 10 half-assed skills… And that's being generous.

Major cheat code for life: Master the art of the fresh start. From a bad morning. From a bad interaction. From a missed workout. From a poor decision. The goal isn't to avoid the fall. It's to shorten the time between the fall and the reset. Fast recovery compounds.

I’m Kyle. Here’s how I ended up building personal brands for 7-9 fig founders on the internet. At 16: - Wanted to be a pro musician - Thought I was too cool to talk to anyone - Skipped class to make $2k/month at a grocery store At 21: - Became the musician I wanted to be - Thought I was the coolest dude alive - Had no real relationships with people - Smoked alcohol and drank weed daily Now at 26: - Building with some of the coolest ppl alive at Mogul Media. Here’s what I’ll be posting about: - X algorithm updates and what they mean for creators - Content creation systems that actually work - Winning content styles across ecom, SaaS, info, and service businesses - Insights for anyone trying to generate leads or grow their account - Data from 10,000+ topics/content pieces - Lessons from speaking with 7-9 fig business owners every week - How high-level founders think and operate differently - And a lil bit of lifemaxxing lol

If your business can’t grow without you, you’re probably stuck in one of the Five Evolutions. How to know which one in 10 minutes: > Step 1: Score yourself 0–5 on the 9 statements below > Step 2: Add up your total > Step 3: Match it to the tier > Step 4: That tier is the identity your business is still asking you to be > Can you explain in one sentence what creates transferable value in your business? > Does your team understand exactly what you're optimizing for this quarter? > Do you know what "winning" looks like at your next evolution? > Does every recurring task have a clear owner and a documented process? > Could your leadership team run effective weekly meetings without you? > Could main functions operate without your daily input for 90 days? > Are your financials clean, current, and audit-ready? > Are there single-point dependencies on you or any one person? > Are your brand, contracts, and culture structured to survive leadership change? SCORING GRADE: 0-30: You're still the bottleneck. The company runs on your stamina. 31-45: Systems are emerging, but freedom is fragile. 46–60: You're directing, not operating. 61+: The business is transferable, bankable, and built for choice. BONUS: Run the same exercise with your calendar. Where your time goes usually reveals the identity you're actually living in, not the title on your LinkedIn. The next evolution always begins with one question: What can this business do without you today that it couldn't yesterday?

look the rich don’t split bills, that’s why they’re richer than you. you spend 30 mins at dinner calculating who ordered what, wealthy people just pick up the whole bill with no calculator, no awkward convo or annoying gestures, they even leave bigger tip than expected. my dad taught me something i’ll never forget: the person who fights over small money will never be trusted with big money. being cheap is expensive. it costs you opportunities, relationships, goodwill and trust. refuse to be cheap.

Playing it safe is its own kind of death. Last year I booked a month in Madrid on a whim. Never been on a solo trip. Didn't speak the language. Thousands of miles from anything I knew. The second morning I was jet lagged af sitting in Plaza Mayor at 6am and realized whatever version of me existed before that trip, I was never going to meet him again. I'd finally done something so far out of my comfort zone that going back to who I used to be wasn't even an option anymore. Every calculated risk you don't take is a candle in your soul that quietly goes out. Take the leap Book the trip Do SOMETHING Just stop waiting.
