@SatelliteHS94 @AlySerendipity @Ticketmaster @coldplay There's a possibility because it is so far away that things might come up and people might not be able to go. I would say check the website every day and see if people start selling. I don't know if Coldplay are doing face value only resells but it doesn't hurt to try and look.

@ThisIsJessPozo @Ticketmaster @coldplay It's on the artist and the decision they made with using only your TM account to join the presale. It should've been a lottery based ballot for a presale code and it should've been limited. It also should've happened on a separate day rather than on the same one as gen sale.

This is just crazy. Event tickets needs to change. @Ticketmaster the queue for tickets is insane. @coldplay

@emily_is_angry @Ticketmaster Sorry but it is not only on ticketmaster. It's also on the artist too. Plenty of artists including Billie Eilish have chosen not to have resales happen, and if you want to "resell" you would be doing so at face-value. It's not on TM. It's on the artist.

@AROBeroTTH Or just do what other artists have done and make it a lottery to get a presale code. Cap the number of codes, and only have fan-to-fan reselling at face value (with no transferring of tickets) to limit scalpers

Ticketmaster should make you answer a question before going in the queue. Some random fun fact that only the hardcore would know. Because presales ain’t it anymore.

@samzeb Definitely, loads of artists are doing that now to combat scalpers and it truly works. But unfortunately some artists don’t clue into it and accept that option.

@mscaggz They need to do the fan ticket exchange like U2 and Billie Eilish did. Would make this thing a little smoother for sure :)

Hey @Ticketmaster - bring back verified fan presale with codes, please. :) this Coldplay presale has more people in queue than the venues hold, and it’s very likely there are tons of bot accounts.

@lissylvrs It doesn't hold that many unfortunately, I had a presale last week, and on TM it stated that it was 50,552. Whole stadium is being used for that one too.

@samzeb @Ticketmaster Unfortunately that's not the case. Right now, I can go to stubhub, post a random row, and seat on there without a ticket and it'll be able to go through. Depending on what Coldplay has decided to do with resellers it seems like there might be only fan-to-fan resell happening.

@mscaggz @Ticketmaster You’re right - tongue in cheek comment tbh; but a lot of specific inventory already exists through the resellers (some of them include row numbers which means they’ve already gotten the tix afaik).

@vanessuhacero I've never seen an artist this big...do something this stupid. Oasis is doing a reunion tour, they made you answer questions about them to GET IN A BALLOT for a code. Everyone signed up for this presale including scalpers probably. Terrible decision
