If you can get morning bright light exposure by getting sunlight in your eyes, great! That’s the best way. But because of the (anti-health) policy of daylight savings time, a lot of people cannot. In which case, bright artificial light is going to be your next best choice.

Head of Chronobiology Unit @NIMHgov @SamerHattar reminded me that from now through Nov/Dec we can expect increased car accidents & heart attacks due to, you guessed it, lack of viewing morning sunlight & thereby circadian disruptions. Add some early morning bright light exposure.
