@TakalaniTshivh1 The issue of salary scales, grading of people's positions etc at CoJ must definitely be fixed. The PFA needs to be revisited in terms of timing, budgeting and payouts but the spirit that led to the agreement must not be undermined or abandoned.

Despite numerous promises from the City, today, there were no people at the site and attending to the issue! These are the elderly & vulnerable. How long will this outstanding ?
