@michael_gilman Fresh PeM is key. I found using a vacuum topper and keeping my vermouth in fridge makes it last much longer. Love Antica - it’s generally my go to.

It’s #ClinicalTrialsDay I’ve spent more than 6 years of my life inside clinical trials. They are painfully inconvenient and patients will put themselves through hell just to participate, but they truly represent the final frontier of medicine. Participants are medical pioneers.
