To someone who needs to hear this. I captured the 3h30m bus at last Sunday’s Two Oceans Marathon, arriving with 2 minutes to spare. Observe everyone in this video, and it should remove every excuse you have for not running. These are grandmothers, senior citizens, people of all categories, pushing themselves. One of us had travelled with her mother to see what her son does. What she saw left her feeling so young and challenged. Running, or any other mission, is first mental before it becomes physical. Decide, commit, focus, fail, go again, and succeed.

What a weekend it was in Cape Town for us as part of @surehikers2022 team. From training together to starting together and finishing together (6:23:33). Not even a second could seperate us. We must be ultra marathon twins. Thank you @Murorwa .

It has been a feast in Cape Town this weekend for the @2OceansMarathon Yesterday I had 56 km for the main course. And today For dessert I had 21km. In total 77 km.
