To someone who needs to hear this. I captured the 3h30m bus at last Sunday’s Two Oceans Marathon, arriving with 2 minutes to spare. Observe everyone in this video, and it should remove every excuse you have for not running. These are grandmothers, senior citizens, people of all categories, pushing themselves. One of us had travelled with her mother to see what her son does. What she saw left her feeling so young and challenged. Running, or any other mission, is first mental before it becomes physical. Decide, commit, focus, fail, go again, and succeed.

Driving Uganda’s automotive sector forward! Earlier today The Uganda Manufacturers Association convened a key automotive sector meeting including manufacturers, assemblers, and officials from @mofpedU , @URAuganda and @mtic_uganda to review the EAC Assembling & Manufacturing Regulations 2025, effective 1st July 2026. The meeting focused on: •CKD/SKD import challenges •Regulatory compliance and registration procedures •Duty remission schemes and tax incentives The regulation details: manufacturer registration requirements, categories of manufacturers, use of locally produced raw materials, and rules for semi-knocked and completely knocked down kits for motorcycles and vehicles. Manufacturers are encouraged to submit position papers to guide government discussions, ease implementation, and support the growth of Uganda’s automotive industry. #AutomotiveGrowthUG #EACTrade
