@phy9pas Hi Peter, I'm sorry to see this. Please may I ask you try deleting your cookies and cache (although please be aware this will delete any stored passwords on the device) and try again. ^JD
@AvantiWestCoast Also, your seat selector doesn't work - I change my seat to an available seat, then the initial seat selection is still in place. Is that a known bug too?
@AvantiWestCoast Why do I have so much trouble purchasing tickets on your site? After the seat preferences page I get dumped back to the homepage with an empty basket.

Hello @AvantiWestCoast! Have you renamed the trains since you rebranded the west coast? I noticed the train I’m on today is City of Stoke-on-Trent. Are they all named after cities?
