2/ @MobikeUK He proceeded to swear at me and threaten me. Sort your company out and discipline him please. You really don't want people like representing you. Your lucky noone was hurt as drivers were responsible. You'd be facing a major lawsuit

@Mobike hi just tried your app for first time, but charged 5gbp several times in a row, bike won't unlock, now I'm charged 20gbp for bad parking I guess? Haven't even ridden your bike and I'm down 50gbp. Yikes! Please help
