@shanselman In Sweden we use week numbers a lot but no-one can remember what week it is. So perhaps 15 years ago an agency created vecka.nu (week dot now) and it’s still up and running and very helpful!

Companies are using chat bots for customer support, but has anyone successfully done the opposite? Instruct a chat bot complete a task for you by chatting with customer support.. Imagine writing a prompt like: “Contact company X and ask them to do Y” and it does it for you.
