However, when volatility is predominantly downward, as it has been for MSTR over the past year, it fails to reward the investors to whom the Board has a fiduciary responsibility. If the Board agrees with your statement, they are essentially labeling their investors as weak and short sellers as strong. I strongly oppose this entire perspective.
