@IndianGems_ Public toilets are filthy and not maintained. Take the example pf toilets at bus stand, most of the time there will no water amd ureanal pipes will ne blocked. So the last option is urinate in open.

People were peeing in public. The government installed toilets on the road to stop it. People stole the bulbs, water pipes, and sheets, and broke the tiles. People started peeing in public again.

A couple of years ago, I moderated a discussion at Leela in Chennai, organised by the Madras Management Association and the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung. After the session, someone came and told me, 'You did a good job... You are from Kerala?' I said yes. 'That heavy Mallu accent is evident. Maybe you can take care of that'. There were two Germans on the panel. I asked this gentleman whether he listened to them speaking. He said yes. 'Did they speak like the English or like the Germans?" He said Germans. 'Would you like to go tell them to 'fix' their accent?' I hope he got the point. I have always been commented on my 'heavy accent'. So what? I am an Indian, who was born, raised and schooled in Kerala, and I speak English, a foreign language which I learned while growing up, like an Indian and a Malayalee. That's absolutely fine.

Feeding points don’t pacify dogs; they create territorial clusters, a well-known trigger for aggression and bite incidents. And the bigger issue is the feeders' complete dismissal of human safety. Take this person, so convinced of his own “compassion” that he dumps food near a busy highway, where packs form and put drivers at risk. Try reasoning with him, and instead of showing compassion to your concerns, this compassionate man will come back with his NGO friends and threaten you.

Most transparent phone cases are made from a plastic called Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU). So companies usually combine materials: a polycarbonate back for clarity and TPU edges for drop protection. Ironically, the part that usually turns yellow first is the TPU bumper around the edges. In other words, it’s not that engineers “can’t” make anti-yellow transparent cases. They can but those materials would either be more expensive, more brittle, or worse at protecting your phone.

@gharkekalesh India lacks laws for the protection of workers. This is dangerous and yet no one bats an eye. If the fridge falls down, the worker will end up with broken back, paralysed and huge bill to pay for the damage with zero help from anywhere.

Can someone explain to me how on earth do we Indians feed dogs and become dog lovers when there are thousands of humans sleeping on streets. Why not feed and take care of them before dogs? IMHO this dog love and care is best suited for European nations where almost all native citizens have home and food. We are all wannabe "good humans"/copycats with our eyes and brains closed.

No, the oral polio drops before 2016 were not unsafe.
