Seems like there would be a large opportunity for a firm to serve as a broker / intermediary between 1099s and LLMs to sell personal data or perform tasks for model training - does this not exist?

Agents are generating exponentially more code, but human code reviewers are still the bottleneck. By EOY 2026 I wouldn't be surprised if more eng teams are okay with coding agents doing code review entirely for them. Easy changes get rubber stamped anyway--it's performative.

@rl_env I could eat my words here but as long as 1. Large codebases need IDE in the loop for code to prod 2. The median dev @ the 15k companies that make up 90% of “Ent ARR” leans Senior+ 3. The half life of current code is 4 years at least Cursor will realize its terminal value.

Cursor has to really lean into their GUI and focusing on planning/task orchestration etc to stay relevant again

If writing the code gets solved - you just need better ways to kick off agent tasks and read their output. Graphite acquisition tackles the latter.
