@ATinyGreenCell Actual FACS or just flow? If just flow, have had good experiences with Novocyte and Accuri C6. Run for years with minimal trouble. Of course need the right laser/filters pairs.

Always wanted to play with a FACS machine but they are always $$$$. Not about to dive back into diy microfluidics-land (been there; hated it) so really not down to make a bootleg one anytime soon. Any clunkers on eBay worth keeping an eye on? Just 4 bacteria and plant protoplasts
