Travelling on 22834 #SMVT#Bhubaneswar #HumsafarExpress, I ordered 2 thalis (1 veg + 1 egg). As per the IRCTC rate chart: ₹80 + ₹90 = ₹170. The vendor demanded ₹300. When asked for a printed IRCTC bill, it was refused. The “manager” claimed the billing machine wasn’t working and promised a WhatsApp bill 🤐👏—still waiting after 1 hour. Even a complaint on RailMadad . hasn’t received a response. Is this the new @IRCTCofficial hospitality—no bill, inflated price, and zero accountability?
