There was a show called “Secret Eaters” that had overweight folks recorded 24/7 to see what they were eating
They would underreport their calorie intake by THOUSANDS
They were all shocked when they watched the footage back, genuinely believed they were eating much less
I really recommend any coaches in the fitness space to watch it
It’s more eye opening than any study I’ve read
