News: Top Senate Energy and Natural Resources Dem Martin Heinrich is opening up about his frustrations with how committee chair Mike Lee (R-Utah) has been running the committee. Heinrich pointed to today's markup, saying Democrats want to see conservation bills get votes in committee. None will get votes today. Heinrich said Democratic bills that have received bipartisan support in the past continue to not receive votes.
