@AmazonHelp Is there a way to escalate an appeal to OFM? They restricted my account and refuse to look at the documentation I have provided showing their accusations are false.

@AmazonHelp I tried that. They have told me that the account specialist team is unreachable and doesn’t have phones. Emails to OFM are ignored.

@AmazonHelp Nope. “We previously contacted you about multiple violations of our returns and refund policy.” They had contacted me about missing returns in Jan and I provided receipts.

@AmazonHelp I have been informed that I am banned from buying from Amazon after receiving some emails about returns that weren’t received. I provided UPS receipts showing I shipped the returns, but nobody will respond. What steps can I take to rectify this erroneous action?

@AmazonHelp That I am only allowed to make digital purchases. I used the online chat and was told the ban is for life.

@AmazonHelp Yes — and the email advised to reply to the email to appeal. When I did, I received a response with the exact same email - no additional details or communication. I have receipts for all returns, but they won’t even look.
