Strict action has been taken in connection with the April 4 incident at #Hyderabad’s Murgi Chowk during a GHMC anti-encroachment drive. GHMC officials, supported by Charminar Division police, were removing illegal encroachments from Lad Bazar to Puranapool when they were obstructed by an unlawful assembly. The accused have been identified as Sahil Akber (A-1), Ghouse (A-2, Ex-Corporator), and Rahmath Baig (A-3, MLC), along with their associates. During the incident, a police constable on duty was physically assaulted while protecting civic officials. Based on the complaint, a case (Crime No. 102/2026) has been registered at Hussainialam Police Station under relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. Sahil Akber (A-1) has been arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court for judicial remand. Efforts are underway to take further legal action against the remaining accused. Let this be clear: any attempt to obstruct public servants or resort to violence against officials discharging their lawful duties will be dealt with firmly, as per law.

The Supreme Court has ripped the mask off Mamata Banerjee’s Bengal: this is no democracy, this is political thuggery with state protection. Seven judicial officers were gheraoed for hours in Malda during voter-roll revision work; the officers’ vehicles were attacked with stone-pelting and sticks. The Supreme Court has now called it what it is: a “brazen attempt” to browbeat judges, a “calculated” and “well-planned” move to demoralise them, and proof of the “complete failure” of Bengal’s civil and police administration. CJI Surya Kant’s remark cut to the bone: “In your state, each one of you speaks political language… We have never seen such a polarised state.” That is not just a judicial rebuke. It is an X-ray of Mamata Banerjee’s Bengal, where everything is politicised, institutions are pressured, and even judges cannot do election-related duty without the street being weaponised against them. The Supreme Court has not treated this as some random local flare-up either. It has ordered central-force protection for judicial officers, directed the Election Commission to get the incident probed by an independent agency such as the CBI or NIA with a preliminary report directly to the Court, sought explanations from top state officials, and tightened access at hearing sites so mobs cannot overwhelm the process again. Why is all this happening in Bengal? Because TMC knows 2026 is not unfolding on the old script. Once a ruling party starts sensing slippage, voter-list scrutiny becomes dangerous to its ecosystem, officials become targets, and street intimidation becomes a substitute for political confidence. This is not governance. This is pre-election desperation. That is why the Supreme Court’s words matter so much. The Court has effectively said this was not a spontaneous outburst but a calculated assault on the electoral process and on judicial authority itself. This is the real state of Mamata’s West Bengal: when defeat looms, law and order becomes negotiable, institutions are left exposed, and the street is used as political muscle. The Supreme Court has now seen through it. The country should too. And of course, the state of West Bengal.

This terrifying incident from Nirmal, Telangana, is a wake-up call for everyone. Shaik Kaleem and Abbas Khan reportedly kidnapped and drugged two minor Dalit girls. 𝗜𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 – 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗡𝗮𝗯𝗯𝗲𝗱; 𝗦𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 The sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, Golconda Zone, in coordination with Tappachabutra Police, conducted a raid on “Chand Bakery” located at Natraj Nagar, Jhirra, Tappachabutra, Hyderabad, and apprehended one accused, Syed Khadeer (42 yrs). The accused was found indulging in illegal manufacturing of bakery products under unhygienic conditions without valid licenses. During the raid, bakery materials and products worth ₹2,77,630/- were seized. Investigation revealed that the accused was manufacturing and storing bakery items in highly unhygienic conditions without food, trade, or labour licenses and without adhering to fire safety norms. The products were being illegally supplied to kirana stores, cafés, and hotels, thereby posing a serious threat to public health. A case has been registered in Cr. No. 68/2026 under Sections 274, 275, 318(4) BNS at Tappachabutra Police Station. The operation was carried out under the supervision of Addl. DCP Ande Srinivasa Rao, with the participation of Task Force and Tappachabutra Police officials.

HYDRAA has bulldozed MIM-linked park land grab in Old City 7 illegal structures allegedly raised by MIM-linked Kings Constructions on encroached park land in Shastripuram Colony, Mylardevpally were demolished The action was taken on Survey No. 134/20, where land reserved for a playground/park in an HMDA-approved layout was allegedly turned into illegal plots and constructions. How the encroachment allegedly happened: • Land meant for public use • Allegedly cut into plots • Allegedly sold through notary deals • Buildings raised without approvals Action taken: • 6,500 sq. yards of land reclaimed • Estimated value: nearly ₹100 crore • 5 under-construction G+3 buildings demolished • 2 single-room structures removed • 2 occupied buildings left untouched • Site later fenced The land is part of a 188-acre HMDA-approved layout with over 1,800 plots, where it was officially earmarked as a playground.
