@TalkTalk why is it so difficult to cancel my out of 24 month contract? Chat says escalated. But I then get an email acknowledging cancellation but failed due to your internal error and to contact retentions when I am already with new supplier. Useless

Offering me less than £100 for causing over £500 worth of costs for a lack of service, then trying to charge me for one engineer, one that made things worse, then another that managed to limp the issue until I changed suppliers. I hope that you will soon go under you sh*tstain of a company.

Just woke up to a load of account creation requests from money comparison sites with the email address that used for @TalkTalk 🧐 Sounds like their Indian call centre is using customers details to try some ID theft as THE only place that email address has been used!
