@TUIUK It was booked with yourselves as an extra option with it been our honeymoon we thought we would treat ourselves which was the disappointment for us.

@NCLairport @TUIUK we just came back from an amazing honeymoon to tenerife. We thought we would treat ourselves to the lounge experience in Newcastle airport. Wow has to be the biggest rip off ever and worst experience of our holiday. 1 person serving at the bar people queueing

@TUIUK What we expected for the price of the lounge. I could of had a decent meal in normal class lounge and drinks for £91 for 2 people and probably served quicker. We really were expecting more form what we recieved.

@TUIUK No unfortunately we didn't complain the girl who was on the bat had enough on to be fair as it wasn't her fault it was down to poor management. I was more surprised at how poor the food choices were one pasta in a sauce and the other some sort of rice dish both vegetarian not

In queues waiting for food and drinks. Guess when we walked in to the lounge it didn't start well as been referred to as are just in the normal lounge ? Wow biggest waste of money ever luckily the rest of our holiday by @TUIUK was amazing 👏

For drinks the full 2 hrs we were there. Food wasn't even to school dinner levels I couldn't believe this was classed as a upgrade. Personally I would never ever do this again I could of had better standard of food and more drinks if I'd gone normal class also spent less time in

@Thefunkypigeon This was still late and arrived on the day of the wedding 15:40 which was no good to me wasted time and money and also left me for no card for my wife on the day of our wedding !!!
