@levelsio Claude rating its own performance right after killing 3 copies of itself is peak AI behavior. "1: Bad 2: Fine 3: Good 0: Dismiss." No option for existential crisis.
English

@ThePrimeagen 512K lines built on top of open source tools by a company that was banning devs for using their models in open source projects. Now everyone gets to read how the sausage is made. Wild timeline.
English

@theo Local builds running within hours of the leak. Turns out when you build your product on top of open source but refuse to give anything back, the community still knows how to read your code just fine.
English

we decided not to store the archive of claude code to avoid potential trouble
so renamed to clawd-code
github.com/instructkr/cla…
and to develop the better harness with @bellman_ych together
please consider sponsor or star us
the previous our work was: github.com/Yeachan-Heo/oh…
Sigrid Jin 🌈🙏@realsigridjin
@Fried_rice i backed the source up on my github github.com/instructkr/cla…

@SebastianRoehl @obsdmd I literally just set this up yesterday lol. Obsidian vault as memory for me AND for Claude. It's like having a second brain that actually remembers what you told it last week.
Total game changer for managing everything outside of coding.
English

Back on @obsdmd as my second brain and I pointed Claude Cowork at my vault. Now it generates a daily digest every morning with all my project statuses. I open my laptop and immediately know where everything stands. Love it!

I filled out that form months ago and never even got an answer. Classic Apple.
And honestly 15% is still a rip off for what they actually provide. You host your own backend, handle your own support, build your own app and they take 15% for what exactly? A search algorithm that buries indie apps?

I live in internet #2. Two years building a focus timer and my biggest lesson wasn't about code, it was realizing my users don't care about my tech stack. They care if the app opens fast and doesn't drain their battery.
Meanwhile tech twitter is arguing about which AI model writes better React.
English

there are genuinely 2 internets right now
1. where AGI is basically here, codebases write themselves, agents run entire workflows, and every founder is talking about their 10x productivity gains
2. where a real customer, paying real money, takes a photo of their laptop screen with their phone to share something
the hype wave we all live in makes it feel like everything has changed, and in some ways it has
but here's the thing nobody says out loud: roughly 85% of the world has never even opened ChatGPT - not even once
we're having a civilizational debate about superintelligence while most people are just trying to figure out basic software
both realities are true at the same time
the gap between them is just a lot wider than the timeline makes it seem

@marclou @trust_mrr 10.5x on a $1K MRR app in 10 days is wild. Meanwhile I've been building one app for 2 years and I'm still at $0 MRR.
Should've shipped way faster. Waaay faster. That's my biggest mistake honestly. This makes a strong case for building small and selling fast.
English

✅ ACQUIRED on @trust_mrr
- AI agent WordPress plugin
- doing $1K MRR
- sold for for $10.5K
- in 10 days
Build more apps!!

English

@SebastianRoehl HabitKit at #1 is massive, congrats. 96 weekly logs is insane consistency too — I've been writing about my own build journey for 2 years but I'm nowhere near that consistent lol.
Curious about the secret project. Another solo Flutter app?
English

@ThePrimeagen Mine's still a toddler. Her current hobbies include unplugging my charger mid-deploy and screaming when I close the laptop.
But honestly the "I just want them to be happy" part hits different once you have kids. The rest is noise.
English

My 12 yo likes dirt bikes and vibe coding and mine craft and soccer
My biggest hope for him is he finds a wonderful wife and they can make my grand children
Peter Hague@peterrhague
My 12 year old spontaneously writes Python when he is bored, so your TikTok addict kid is going to end up working for him.
English

The Pomodoro technique assumes everyone's brain works the same way.
25 minutes on, 5 minutes off. Every time. No exceptions.
But some days I'm locked in for 90 minutes. Other days I can barely do 10. Why would I let a rigid timer decide when I stop?
That's why I'm building something different.
English

The most dangerous thing a founder can do is build a polished solution for a problem that nobody actually has. Scale doesn't come from a perfect launch, it comes from shipping fast, failing cheap, and iterating based on raw data.

@dhh Running Omarchy daily as my main driver. The keyboard shortcuts alone got me hooked — I keep trying to use them on other machines and getting frustrated when nothing happens. That's how you know the defaults are right.
English

If you've already received a Panther Lake machine, you can run the dev build of Omarchy 3.5 to have everything work out of the box. It might still have some sharp edges, but it's way better than not running Linux on your Intel champion machine 😄 iso.omarchy.org/omarchy-3.5.0-…
English

@levelsio This is where it's going. Generate, ship, test with real users, iterate.
I did the opposite — spent 2 years hand-building a focus timer the traditional way. If I could go back I'd ship a rough v1 in month one and learn from actual users instead of perfecting things in isolation.
English

Ok I managed to make the code generated interactive so every idea is really becoming an app now
Obvious next question, why not just generate every idea automatically and add Stripe to it and launch them?
@levelsio@levelsio
✨ Every idea on ideasai.com now also generates an app because just a landing page isn't enough of course In the fake Chrome browser you can switch [ Landing | App ] And download both mock ups to build it further
English

@theo The open source feedback loop is brutal. You take time to write a thoughtful issue, it gets debated for months, and then closed as 'won't fix'. I've learned to just fork and move on for my side projects.
English

@ThePrimeagen Remember when we were just sending a PHP file over sftp and having 99.9% uptime? Now we need a status page to check if our AI can answer.
