The planning application outlines that the project would be funded through a mix of public and private investment, with a consultation period now open for local residents to share their thoughts. @twickerman @BrittanyFerries I think that would have been possible, I spoke to some people that caught the Thursday ferry. I just wanted to try out a weekend trip. Unfortunately it looks like this was the last weekend crossing from Plymouth. If it's available again I will definitely stay a day or so.

@BrittanyFerries Thanks for a wonderful weekend to St Malo. £15 ticket each way, an absolute bargain. 4 hours looking around St Malo and now back on the Ferry back to Plymouth. Hope you will do the St Malo Plymouth route again.

@twickerman @BrittanyFerries Yes and the whole trip was tainted by the terrible Plymouth city bus app. £15 each way on the ferry! 4hrs in St Malo. I was a bit paranoid about missing the ferry because of BST etc. Definitely will go back if they run it again. St Malo is an amazing walled city.

@OctopusEnergy @twickerman 8p is the lower rate from 1/4. It's currently 11.5p until April 1st. EV tariffs are not necessarily the best for everyone's usage

@OctopusEnergy Thanks. Unfortunately that would cost me more than Eco7, which is why I'd like to know what the lower prices from 01/04 will be? One thing that's puzzling me is why the IOG standing charge is >10p/day cheaper than Eco7? And why the Eco7 SC hasn't been reduced from 01/04?

@twickerman Right now it’s 8p/kWh off peak, 34.41p/kWh peak, 56.34p/day standing charge with Intelligent Octopus Go octopus.energy/intelligent-oc… but energy prices are particularly volatile at the moment and this could change. I’ll drop you a message to help with the switch 👀🐙

The damage at Torcross is even worse than i had expected. Every property badly damaged on multiple floors (apart from the pub) Plus >2m depth of shingle gone from the whole length of the beach, that's way more than normal fluctuations @Bearded_Paddler @bad_1975 @andrewlipscombe
