Almost 2 months over. Insulin down from 28 units to 8 units per day. Even 8 can be knocked off. Will need some tweaks. We will see if the tweaks can be followed seriously. We preach science and not dadi nani khichdi daal chawal and sugar being panchamrit like @RujutaDiwekar

Table salt is not real salt. It's been stripped of 80+ trace minerals, bleached white, and loaded with anti-caking agents like aluminum. Then they told you salt is bad for your heart. Real salt? Celtic, Himalayan, Redmond - Contains magnesium, potassium, and dozens of minerals your body is starving for. You don't have a salt problem. You have a fake salt problem.

Problems are not interruptions to life. They are part of life. If you wait for a problem-free day to live, you will wait forever. Handle what you can. Let go of what you can’t. And in between, live fully. #wisdom

The costliest emotion is your ego. It shuts your ears to feedback. It makes admitting wrong feel like losing. Every time you protect your ego, you delay your growth. Choose humility. It builds you. #wisdom

Interest is not the same as commitment. Interest is emotional. It rises quickly and fades just as fast. It shows up when things are exciting, new and effortless. Commitment is quiet, Often invisible. It doesn’t depend on mood. It depends on decision. Interest says, “I will do it when I feel like it.” Commitment says, “I will do it whether I feel like it or not.” Interest disappears when discomfort begins. Commitment begins because discomfort has arrived. Anyone can start when motivation is high. The gym feels good on day one. The relationship feels easy in the beginning. The goal feels achievable when progress is fast. But then comes the plateau; the boredom, the resistance, the days when nothing moves. That is where interest fades and commitment is revealed. Real growth is not built in moments of excitement. It is built in moments of repetition. Interest will start the journey. Commitment is what keeps you walking to complete the journey. #mindset

@arunkumar3112 So now you know why dLife started with 100 gm/day carb limit since 2012 when I posted for the first time on any international forum. Never talked KETO much, though the entire wannabe coaches brigade in India were talking only KETO and failing before we came on the scene.

The River and the Stone A woman said, “My partner is stubborn.” The master pointed to a river flowing around a stone. “The river does not fight the stone. It flows around it.” “Does that mean I should accept everything?” she asked. “No,” said the master. “It means choose where to flow and where to stand.” Emotional maturity is knowing when to be water and when to be rock. #relationships

The Crown A husband and wife argued over who was right. They went to the master. The master placed a paper crown on each of their heads. “Wear it,” he said. They felt foolish. “When two kings live in one house,” the master said, “there is always war.” They removed the crowns. Ego wants victory. Love wants peace. #relationships
