Dear @ZEE5India it’s been two days , I bought a 3 months pack to watch @FIFAWorldCup by paying Rs 799 Yet to get subscribed to it,despite repeated mail’s & reminder Plz activate my subscription immediately, I already missed MeXvsRSA match yesterday @tejkarran @AshwiniVaishnaw

@erbmjha Hello Mr., why are you defending @ZEE5India? They charged subscribers for 4K HDR content but are delivering only 1080p SDR. If customers pay for a premium service, they have every right to question why the promised quality isn’t being provided.

Not sure what everyone else was watching, but my experience was pretty straightforward. I watched FIFA World Cup on ZEE5 and bruhh the experience was pretty smooth with Full HD & no annoying buffering when the game got intense. Don't ragebait just for the sake of payout. #FifaWorldCup #ZEE5

Update: So, @ZEE5India replied to my email. Not with a solution. But with a random subscription brochure. 🤦🏽‍♂️

I’m being scammed by @ZEE5India . I already paid 799 rs for the World Cup pack. But now when I check it says I have no active subscription plans. I even have payment proof showing the payment was made in June 11th. If anyone else is saving the same issue contact me.

The PR battle and manufactured outrage seem to have reached broadcasting too. Easy enough to understand. I haven't faced any issues with @ZEE5India while streaming the @FIFAWorldCup And yup -- before someone accuses -- I wasn't paid to tweet this. #FIFAWorldCup #India

don't know why such negative reviews, maine bhi dekha kal match on Zee5 par mere device par to streaming worked fine. Sabse zyada enjoy Kiya watching the opening ceremony of FIFA world cup 2026. Excited for today's match #FifaWorldCup2026

Not even mentioning the deceptive & misleading marketing done by their incompetent team. The broadcast quality looks like that of 1986 rather than 2026. Their platforms are full of bugs and can't even handle basic things like login. They have really managed to scam entire India.

@zee5 has managed to ruin the FIFA World Cup experience of the majority of football fans. Even after purchasing the subscription, their platforms display that there is no active subscription and insist on making another purchase. (1/3)
