It's been fun creating this, a different appoach to tabs and panes, i've renamed it Flow instead of AgentFlow because i like short names and love cats. I've added attachments support, it's super snapy fast and it's less than 6MB.... I imagine its full of bugs and space to improve but for a full vibe coded Swift App I think it's pretty cool.

It has been more than two weeks. I have only been using it when I know my prompts will not exceed the $10 daily limit, which lately they have not. Even when I make small prompts, they are part of tasks I cannot stop, so it is all good, moving along but a warning would be nice, imagine gmail offering free email but saying, you have to email people often lol.

@sqs @xcrap @AmpCode whats the threshold for activity? I also had amp free taken away. I didn't use it a ton, but I did use it a couple of times a week (as well as having paid credits on my account)

So @AmpCode still says free in the dashboard but does not work, no warnings just puff. Ahhh...

Ah, yes, this is because we paused it for some inactive users. I know it's disappointing, and we will let you know if/when we bring it back. But you are seeing it say you have access to Amp Free in your dashboard at #amp-free" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">ampcode.com/settings#amp-f…? From what you said, if it's showing you have access there but not in the CLI, then that is a bug, and I wanted to get to the bottom of that.

@xcrap @AmpCode What are you seeing for "does not work"? Any particular error messages? Can help here.

Well, it looks like @AmpCode kicked me out of the 10$ per day free program! May be because I was inactive for some time, well.. May be someone more active deserves it, but man, I should have gotten some intimation before getting kicked @sqs I didn't get any information.

Plus account, when the double limits are over in the end of next month this is gonna be a nightmare, and I'm not even using codex because if it's AI limitation, just using when it's purely code, i want to but we need that middle plan, where is it ?

Yeah the balance of having multiple agents, terminals, etc it's tricky, I know I want to group them by projects somehow, but that's why the experimentation, keep the projects in node grouping or in the sidebar, it's actually a playground and I'll see what makes it more effective, appealing and and intuitive :)

@xcrap cool! I've been thinking a lot about what the ideal agent UI is, definitely seems like some form of canvas or flexible interface is one of the more promising directions

So two days ago I've started writting Flow, a different approach to tabs and panes with a more node visual UI, it's a experimental project, it's 100% vibe swift coded, coding in codex (i'm lower than 10% of credits fuf) and opus 4.6 for design because codex can't just design. It should be very buggy, it's just the start i'll probably have to wait to reset limit to continue lol... but if someone likes this kind of ui and approach and want to help... it's very early. github.com/xcrap/flow

Yes but node itself it's just a visual representation, you don't really connect nodes to each other to do hooks or other kind of stuff at the moment, that will eventually come later, right now i'm doing nodes as agents, terminals and more to come, this early experimentation is too see if it's faster to work in this mode than with tabs and panes, so a lot of UI and visual tweaks, shortcuts and so on and I think it's becoming super interresting.

Today I'm excited to introduce Hark, a new artificial intelligence lab building the most advanced, personal intelligence in the world We've been in stealth for 8 months, assembling one of the greatest AI and hardware teams on the planet I want to explain why I started Hark and what we're focused on I've spent the last 3 years working on the hardest AI challenge imaginable: giving AI a humanoid body. On the digital side, I've been using all the existing LLM chatbots - and I have to say, they feel incredibly dumb to me AGI, in the limit, should feel like a sci-fi movie. It should be able to listen and talk. It should have persistent memory and be highly personalized. It should see and touch the world. But we're far from this today We are crafting a new interface to AGI. Intelligence that lets you offload your mental workload into a system that begins to think like you and sometimes ahead of you We started Hark with one goal: build the world's most advanced personal intelligence - paired with next-generation hardware designed to serve as a universal interface between humans and machines hark.com

I haven't seen any good design made with Codex whatsoever. Claude and Gemini are far ahead. No design skill helps to the extent we are talking about. It is bad in balance, harmony, spacing, and so on. Skills can help a bit, but they will not solve a training issue. Show me a good design made with Codex or gpt 5.4. There is none at the moment, and the examples I have seen hurt designers' eyes to the point of bleeding. I wanted to switch to codex in a bigger plan, it's the best at coding no doubt at all, but never for UI, the only way to use is when you code without touching UI or you already have everything build and he uses existing design elements, and even so I've seen it ruin some.

Swift, I had no idea what I'm doing, 100% vibe coded 100% experimental, using nodes instead of tabs, can be something interresting to explode, but my lack of coding in that language sucks, but native feels better than electron for sure, and with some optimization I think other workflows can be more interresting to work with agents than the traditional tabs/panes.

True, i believe it's somekind of OCD, but as a web dev and photographer I've run into software that export into jpeg instead of jpg for no appparent reason, as a web dev i've run into situations that I had to replace JPG to jpg (lowercase) so for me these are abstractions that have no reason to exist, make it short, readable and future proof, if a dev don't think on this... it's not good. And don't get me wrong, I do wepg conding for seo performance, but i believe we can make people live easier in small details, and those small details count in a long term.

@xcrap @ThePrimeagen You might just have OCD. These extensions should be treated identically by any piece of software. If not, the program is broken and should be fixed. I have never run into any issues with this in my many years of making software.

@0xSero This is great feedback. I agree your UI looks overwhelming. You have a lot installed, but I’m wondering what we can do to reduce the cognitive load even in these cases. What would you prefer to see here? cc: @pierceboggan

@TomCiopp @ThePrimeagen Yes, auto-rename to JPG. As a photographer and web developer, it gives peace of mind. You might think it's a superfluous detail. but if you do this for decades, it's not. And people who don't think on this details makes me wonder they also skipped other details.
