By the way, after we missed our connection we had to go to the baggage claim office to see about our bags. Lady at the desk doesn't look up from her phone for the firs 3 minutes of the conversation. When she finally vaguely pays attention, she says the bags made the flight we missed (somehow) and so there's nothing she can do. We have to call the 800 number. We call the 800 number on our drive and they tell us that actually our bags were at the airport we just left. The lady at the desk didn't actually check. The service at these airports is so unfathomably shitty. You're paying top dollar to be treated like dirt by employees who can't even pretend to care at all.

A right-wing provocateur showed up to the No Kings rally today trying to bait protesters. He picked the wrong one. Watch what happens when you come with gotcha questions and meet someone who actually knows what they’re talking about. This is what informed, peaceful protest looks like. 8 million Americans. 3,000 cities. Every state. They were ready. DORK!

Roger Gracie is considered the greatest BJJ fighter of all time. What's interesting about his career is that he submitted the best black belts in the world with the same techniques white belts learn in their first 3 months. Let that sink in. He didn't have any special moves that no one had seen before. Everyone knew exactly what he was going to do. And he won anyway. So here’s the real question: If everyone knows the same moves, why can only one man execute them at that level? That’s the gap most people never understand. It's not hacks or secret knowledge. It's depth of execution. I think about this a lot when I scroll fitness X. Everyone is looking for a hack or a secret for getting to the level. TRT Peptides Biohacks Supplements New workouts But they don't even have control over the fundamentals. > They don’t log their workouts > They don’t track protein intake > They barely move outside the gym > They sleep 5–6 hours and call it “fine” > They don’t know how many calories they eat > They don’t know their weekly training volume More importantly, they don't know how to combine all of this into a holistic system that reinforces itself. That's like trying to do flying armbars when you don't even know how to hold someone down in side control. Roger didn't become the best in the world because he knew more. He won because he could do the basics better, longer and under pressure. That’s the game. And it's the same with your body. That's the difference between the average gym guy at 20-25% body fat. Vs. Lean, strong, high-energy man at 10–15%. Isn’t a secret protocol. It's the basics executed relentlessly. Most people don’t have a knowledge problem. They have an execution problem. And until you fix that… You’ll keep looking for advanced answers to beginner-level mistakes.

@CancelledJew It may shock you to learn that not everything is about Israel. Not every conversation comes back to Israel. There are other countries in the world besides Israel. But as far as Israel goes, yes I want to withdraw funding from them too and have said that directly countless times.

America is the richest, most powerful, and most generous country in the world. We are so superior to everyone else, and so charitable and kind and helpful, that unfortunately many of the lesser countries on the globe have become welfare queens who expect us to coddle, care for, fund, fight for and protect them. We are the parents who have taken good care of our children, but have not forced them to contribute enough, or earn their own keep, and now they are spoiled, ungrateful, and helpless. It’s time to cut the umbilical cord and force the rest of the countries to stand on their own two feet. We can’t do everything for everyone.

Elect a mayor who talks about bicycles. Cities designed for the bicycle tend to serve everyone: the rich and the poor, the young and the old. In transport policy, the bicycle is perhaps the most democratic instrument ever invented🚲

@trevoracorn None of this is true. The US experiences far colder weather than Europe which renders bikes useless 4-5 mos of the year for most of the population.

Great to join and address the Colorado Springs No Kings rally, calling for fighting back against this administration’s lawless bullying and for leading with love. The turnout of thousands of people was energizing and inspiring.

🚨 BREAKING: No Kings rally in Denver takes a dangerous turn. After the main event at the Capitol, some protesters turned violent and attempted to shut down traffic on I-25. Police in riot gear were forced to deploy tear gas. Rioters were pushed back to 20th and Blake, next to Coors Field. Blocking major highways endangers lives—ambulances, firefighters, and everyday drivers can’t get through in emergencies. It turns a protest into lawlessness, violates others’ rights, and forces police response instead of peaceful expression. Free speech doesn’t include creating chaos that harms the public, Colorado deserves better. #Denver #NoKings

🚨 Do you understand what SCOTUS is about to decide? in 1857, the Supreme Court ruled that Black Americans... even those born free on American soil.. could never be citizens.. it was called the Dred Scott decision.. one of the most shameful rulings in legal history.. it took a Civil War and 360,000 Union deaths to fix it.. in 1868, Congress passed the 14th Amendment.. "all persons born or naturalized in the United States are citizens".. no exceptions.. no asterisks.. they wrote it that way on purpose.. so no government could ever again decide who counts as American on this soil.. it has stood for 156 years.. Trump signed an executive order trying to end it.. not a constitutional amendment.. not an act of Congress.. an executive order.. and SCOTUS is about to decide if that's allowed.. here's what nobody's saying out loud.. this isn't about immigration.. if a president can override the 14th Amendment with an executive order.. there is no amendment a president cannot override with an executive order.. one executive order just did what the Confederacy couldn't.

BREAKING-The judge in our case challenging the Nexstar-Tegna merger (9News and Fox31) just issued a temporary restraining order, blocking the companies from merging. On April 7th, the judge will consider the request to bar the merger while we make our case to stop it permanently.
Phil Weiser@pweiser

Not so fast. I and other State AGs just filed an emergency motion to prevent the merger from happening. This merger violates the law and would harm consumers, journalism, and our community. We are on the case. coag.gov/press-releases…
