2016 Haus gekauft, Zins bei 1,2%, 10 Jahre Zinsbindung. 2026 läuft die Bindung aus, Refinanzierung, Zins bei 4%. Realität in Deutschland. Aktuell noch kein Problem, da die Kaufpreise 2016 relativ niedrig waren und ordentlich getilgt wurde. Ab 2027, 2028 könnte es zu einem massiven Problem werden. Ab 2029, 2030 zu einer Katastrophe.

Now onto the second season of #TheXFiles Blows my mind they did 24 episodes in 1993 and then did 25 episodes in 1994 and then did 24 episodes in 1995 Tv was just built different back then
