
@MakeMyBlinds shocking experience so far. Sent the wrong blinds and can’t get through to anyone on the phone. Live chat just tells you to email and gives no time frame. Hugely disappointing.

@British_Airways your app & website do not function correctly & your customer service team are awful. App crashed during payment process & seats were automatically assigned with no option to edit. Called to see if they could be changed and was rudely spoken to by Chesree. No Fix
