#Cosori recalled my model of air fryer - it catches fire! To get a replacement we had to prove we cut the power cord. Instead of a quick replacement, almost 3 mths later they say it's out of stock, but offered a lessor model. #fail #Cosori. Warning - don't buy their products!

@omobolasire @ShaziGoalie A 15% rent increase IS illegal. In fact the legislation has a nifty term for rent increases above the regulated rate: “Unlawful rent”. I’d be shocked to discover you’ve even opened the legislation before offering your advice. If it’s just your opinion, you should say so!

@robcrealestate @c_m_doyle @ShaziGoalie You should have stopped replying long ago. A lease does not “end” in ON-original lease terms extend to mth-2-mth. REAs are often the worst offenders as LLs or advisors. The advice you should give is follow the law. It’s that simple.

It’s a win for the tenant if the landlord offered X amount for them to vacate lol.. he gets first and last months rent covered for a new place and landlord rents at new $

So misleading. It doesn’t take much digging to discover private executive health clinics have been available in Ontario long before this Gov’t. And what’s wrong with having choices?
