The amendment is germane and can pass by a simple majority—if Republicans stay unified, it passes without a single Democratic vote.

I feel like I can smile again. Tentatively." Great news! continuing to keep him and the family in thoughts and prayers. 🙏 Hopefully this year we'll see the return of this great man!
