against a sorcerer like Yuta, it is even more unpredictable. But what would be fair (in my opinion) is that both Rika and her arsenal get locked.

The problem with Yuta vs Higaruma is that Yuta is a sorcerer that doesn’t rely on his CT for long stretches of time so Confiscation really won’t nerf him enough for Higgy to take him down. Despite the Copy/Rika merchant jokes Yuta is very competent without his CT.

He does not have rct to heal from the damage he might take from Ryu’s blasts but he only needs 3 hits for lightning strike
