@AzureSupport I am attempting to sign in to my azure portal. I am using Microsoft Edge. I created the account, verified phone number, billing, and email. It states that my account is blocked. I cannot sign in to submit a ticket.

@AzureSupport I already raised a support case. The issue is simple: CPU usage = 0 for last 7 days, yet I’m being billed. These databases appear system-generated (SchemaAlignment) and not used by me. Why am I being charged for zero usage? Attaching screenshots.

So @AzureSupport couldn't fix debit card compatibility for new sign-ups? I've been troubleshooting this with over 5 mastercards now, all to no avail, this is a bad friction. They lost a customer 💔 @Microsoft

Hey @Azure @AzureSupport Can you do something about these spam alerts. It's a phishing email delivered as an Azure alert, what's crazy is that I don't even have an active Azure tenant (mine has been deactivated since I never used it). I've been receiving these for about a week
