I attended the #FineGael Ard fheis today, where @SimonHarrisTD outlined he will establish a Cabinet Committee to make change happen for people with disability. And a commitment, by year end that Ireland will finally ratify the optional protocol of the #uncrpd!! @DisabilityFed

Trying to have a night out for a person in a wheelchair is not easy. Refused service by 2 restaurants in Rathmines. Rang @sushidadublin and was told the accessible area was "needed for takeaway collections". Bags of food prioritised over PWD. @DisabilityFed @struggleiswheel
