Happy Lesbian Visibility Week! It was a pleasure to welcome LGBT+ campaigners to Parliament to celebrate with the Global LGBT+ Rights APPG. From equal access to fertility treatments, to tackling homophobic violence and abuse, there is so much for us to fight for both here and around the world to improve the lives of lesbians and queer women.

@AvaLovelaceX Damn right. It's like someone telling a vegetarian that they are actually an omnivore if they eat bacon. Anyone who identifies as a vegetarian is a vegetarian. Nobody but the vegetarian in question gets to define what that means.

And there we have it. A man telling lesbians that they are ‘actually bisexual’ for having consensual sex with a trans woman. Mr James over here thinks he can define women’s sexualities. Lesbians don’t want to sleep with men and are not bisexual. Stop being lesbophobic.

Yesterday I challenged the Government on adult gender clinics. It is clear they are not taking the action that is needed, providing enough safeguarding or tracking patient outcomes. 18 year olds with complex mental health needs can get hormones after only two appointments. How is this safe? #terf #trans #politics #houseoflords

@JustinOnWeb Interesting. I've heard Carole Hooven a couple of times and she's crystal clear on this subject. Hopefully the pendulum is indeed swinging.. at the BBC towards a greater understanding of the medical scandal that has been unfolding for years. Thank you for sharing.

This is a pretty extraordinary clip. I don't think I've ever seen a trans ally going this far into the argument . Fair play to her for at least having the conversation, but it's no surprise when she finally taps out where she does.

@NadiaWhittomeMP By all means campaign to change the current law, if you think there is enough support for that. But why should the government scrap guidance on how to follow the current law?

A year on from the Supreme Court ruling, trans people have faced a wave of exclusions at work, in sports clubs and in everyday public life. Gender-critical activists have also been emboldened to drag inclusive organisations through the courts. The government must scrap the EHRC’s guidance and legislate that all single-sex spaces are trans-inclusive by default. A clip from my speech in this year's LGBTQ+ History Month debate in Parliament:
