update on a new brand: - 15-20% net on a front - 65% sub take rate - many untapped angles, launching them this/next week - 2.0 version of the product already in works to make sure we got a healthy cohort and beat ripoffs in the future - product is not trending on tiktok or amazon setting that up as we speak 100k days incoming. questions?

new brand launched. getting my hands on the first batch of stock this week. here’s my thought process during the launch phase (and how I’m gonna take it to 50k days soon): 1. Creatives At first I’m launching standard discovery story ads in 2-3 diff formats as its a new mechanism driven product. Also preparing tests to generate data on different language patterns based on my customer research. Key here is to understand what keywords make soft metrics work so I can continue forward. As an example if I can see harsh opening doing better than organic storyline hook I’ll try to gather momentum with VSLs. If I can see an afterthought of what happens once they’re aware of the problem doing better than exposing the actual problem, I’ll find more afterthoughts, I’ll add specifics such as place, time and launch assets on that. 2. Offer Key here is to match intentions with what works. My intention here is to build an MRR business with a ton of free cashflow to scale into below 1x roas, keep it lean, scale through diversity of new customer acquisition and retention channels so I’m testing different combinations of offers with the goal of finding the best CAC to potential LTV ratio. Healthy balance between CR, sub take rate and AOV is key here. Got 3 offers to test. 3. Funnels I need to figure out how scalable advertorial is in comparison to PDP in the 0-1 stage. Launching both to have clarity on what ad to page combination will unlock the first momentum. If advertorials work on some level but PDPs outperform I’ll test new ads on PDP and continue cracking adv/listicle/sales page on the side. Once I’ll know what language patterns work (via creative testing) I’ll also optimize my top performing page to fit the criteria. 4. Mindset A lot of people sleep on this when testing something new. They got no intentions behind tests, they don’t understand the business model they’re getting into and they don’t have a clear “If/then” strategy. I have my intentions in place, my product ticks all the boxes, business model is 60%+ take rate, lean, one SKU, free cashflow driven business and I know it will go to at least 50k days if it makes sense for the portfolio. The only questions I need answers to is in my creative, offer, funnel tests I’m running. Once I get these I’ll take it on volume and see how scalable it is. Just because I got cashflow and leverage business I’ll make my decision (to scale it or not) based on how solid my cohort and new customer acquisition is at scale. Thought process on the product: 1. huge tam, old problem, solution aware audience 2. new mechanism that’s not scaled on meta 3. huge margin on potentially winning offers I’m about to test 4. huge 90 day LTV (transformation driven product), solid 360 day LTV (turns into habit) 5. problem I’m solving is both mental and visual 6. product has fast feedback loop between buying and starting to feel the benefits 7. product is visible at least twice a day (most valued companies create products that are visible 24/7) 8. using the product can turn into habit, effortless long term benefits I’m gonna give an update once I have more answers after the initial launch. questions?

Hey @harleyf @ShopifySupport My Shopify Payments account has been holding alittle under half a million since Dec 19, 2024. We ship out orders from our US warehouse (Texas), not dropshipping. All orders (incl. chargebacks) are fulfilled, and every requested docs (proof of shipment, invoices, etc.) have been submitted. We’re a legit US/CA based brand with a big team, working hard to give our customers the best experience possible. But at this rate, we have no cash flow to run our business or pay employees, putting us at risk of shutting down. Please review this urgently. Let me know if you need anything else. Thank you. If you can RT for reach. id appreciate

@alyasdq If working with an agent in China, what is a good setup to quality-check our inventory and hold our agent accountable for greatness? Our supplier recently lowered product quality behind our back

What scale are you guys at rn and what do you think is stopping you from pushing harder? We had solid uptick WoW without raising budgets. New top spending ads + Q4 demand creeping up is my guess. 1 CBO strategy ftw 🙌

Our factory can't keep up with orders because we launch 45 Meta ads/week using our "rule of 15".👇 ✅ 15 ads: top angle hook iteration ✅ 15 ads: top angle + new format ✅ 15 ads: new angle + old winning format (15 min in the ad account) Try it out!

NEVER expect your supplier to know everything about shipping to Amazon. Even if they say they know... still tell them Amazon's shipping requirements. I use this checklist as a safety net. Comment 'FBA' and I'll share it. (must be following for DMs)

Which specific topics about Facebook ads would you like me to cover in more detail in one of my next YouTube videos? Or perhaps I've already touched on them, but you'd like a deeper dive.

@shauneng If you use Whitelisted or Secondary FB Pages in an ad account, are you making separate campaigns? What’s best practice you think?

I used to test a sh*t ton of FB creatives but still get STUCK at $200k/mth for an Ecom brand People always say you need to test more, more, MORE! But I think this is a trap that a lot of people fall into To get to $100k/month all you need to do is just volume Scaling to $1M/mth and beyond Putting in more volume Results to A LOT of junk volume "But my team and I can pump out a shit load of creatives per week" Sure. How many ads in there did you actually go deep into customer research for? That you're confident will be a winning ad? Chances are if you're stuck scaling there are 2 things 1) You don't understand your customers well enough You fix the first part by actually doing the boring stuff - constant customer research There's no best place to do research, it's as much as possible, wherever possible A few of my personal favorites are: Using an Amazon review scrapper tool called Shulex and going through TikTok/YT/FB comments 2) Your ads weren't executed properly You fix this part by doing ad learnings. Staring at each ad for 15 minutes if you have to Coming up with a hypothesis on why it did/did not do well Actually learning so you stop making the same mistakes These 2 steps will help you have more INTENT on your ads I told 2 of my buddies that and they scaled to $20-50k+/day just like that Going back to the drawing board and redoing your customer research Putting aside your ego of what worked and what did not That is what will help you scale. Not hiring some UGC agency to generate a ton of content for you to spam test TLDR; Stop spam testing and test ads with intent to get to $1M/mth and beyond Tis the way of the chad scaler

I just did reports for my accounts for yesterday's performance. Every single ad account was below the target. Every single one! No matter the niche, geo, or level of spend. That didn't happen for a while. Is anybody else seeing the same?
