@ShopifySupport @Shopify I hope now the issue should have been passed the 1 month deadline The website is not active anymore where i purchased a product on the name of Shopif Shopify is registering scammers on its platform. I think that is the reason customers never confident on purchasing anything here.

SHOPIFY PAYMENTS ON HOLD RT and Tag 🙏🏾 Hey @harleyf @tobi @ShopifySupport @rohitmishra Our payments are on hold and could use a hand. Running our first pre-order launch for a new product. Caught our manufacturer trying to underdose the formula, refused the batch, and switched suppliers. We’re as frustrated as our customers, but shipping something that didn’t match what we promised wasn’t an option. Since then: refunded every customer who asked within 3–5 days, hired more dedicated CS reps, cleared the email backlog to 0, and posted public production updates with new ship dates. Shopify paused our payouts. We get it. But we need those funds to finish paying the new manufacturer and actually fulfill and ship the orders we owe customers to put this behind us. We get a lot of questions about why Shopify Payments are disabled after risk reviews, so I want to be direct about what we do, why we do it, and what the data shows. We often hear "My chargeback rate is only X… why is Shopify acting on my store?" While chargeback rates are one signal, fake reviews, buried subscription terms, products that never arrive – these are just a few of the other signals that trigger action. When buyers have to dispute a transaction from a merchant because they never shipped a product or the product was different from what was promised, the trust degrades in all independent businesses on Shopify. We also closely look at when we get this wrong: 99.9% of merchants in good standing have never experienced a wrongful termination or rejection. In the rare cases we get it wrong, there is a defined escalation path, and we have invested in making it faster, more transparent, and more self-serve. This is what it means to build a platform merchants and their buyers can trust. 👇

@tobi @harleyf @ShopifySupport @Shopify You terminated my store and killed my business for NO reason. I appealed with full docs, tracking links for every order, and an inventory video of my workshop. Your response: “level of risk we’re unable to support.” No explanation. No violation cited. The worst part? You did the EXACT same thing to my previous store this year. Your own team reviewed it and admitted it was a mistake. Then your system did it again. Every order was fulfilled and shipped. I put the proofs in the appeal. Zero chargebacks before you shut me down. The chargebacks that appeared after? Customers panicking because you closed my store with no warning. That’s on you. My funds are frozen. My business is gone. And all I get is automated silence. How many merchants does this have to happen to? DMs open. 🙏 🔁 RT appreciated.
