@OctopusEnergy Good morning, I sent an email yesterday as you are still not being able to read my electric meter and now there is a random night read .I submitted a read on April 4th as requested but you haven't responded. This has been ongoing since November.

@OctopusEnergy Hello, I've sent several emails but received no reply !! I've gone from being over £300 in credit to you telling me that I am now £1100 in debit!! Apparently you haven't had any electricity readings from my meter since November but gas readings and bills are fine.

#BedfordBorough the communal bins at saxon Court. Terrington place. Great Denham have not been emptied for over 2 weeks!! Rubbish os now all over bin shed floor and the smell is coming through our windows . It is disgusting
