@UrsiKeller Very sad and detrimental. Also detrimental is this idea that gender equality has been now reached and that biases have been eliminated . Clearly it's not the case! Until we admit there are serious biases against women equality won't be achieved.

“You only got this job because you are a woman.” I have heard this – directly and indirectly, since my start at ETH. This message “only because you are a woman …. “, continues to be repeated even today - when we win a proposal, receive an award, or take a leadership position.
