@Lostock_Henge You can cancel your policy by calling us, emailing us at customercare@ceta.co.uk or even through the chat facility on your Customer Zone. Please can you email me directly, my email is aaqib.liaqat@ceta.co.uk so that I can investigate what has gone on here.

Go on @CetaInsurance still not had an answer as to why you will not accept a cancellation (& why you automatically renew without actually asking people if they want this at the point of taking the policy out) by electronic means when you will issue a policy w/o speaking to anyone

It's been over 35 minutes now I've been left hanging. If @CetaInsurance bothers to look take thus as notice of cancellation again. DD instructions stopped. Send me nasty letters and I'll put in a claim for harassment of debt, the past 6 years of unneeded insurance + stress caused

@CetaInsurance currently on phone for 25 minutes and more trying to cancel a policy that I cancelled 6 years ago. Chap on phone can't cancel it! Now on hold waiting for someone that can. This is ridiculous.

@CetaInsurance 3 calls, 3 promises to call back because the people on the phone can only request someone phone in a chat channel and cant deal with things themselves. Do you actually give a damn about existing customers (soon to be ex customer) because still waiting on that call

@CetaInsurance I have been contacting your company who I took out a boat insurance with regarding an issues for the last month without luck, I have been treated like an a nobody, lied to, message left without reply.

Liability insurance renewal arrives the day before it runs out so no chance to compare the market. Agree and pay as cannot continue business without it. Still no certificate day after the start date. It is not good enough @CetaInsurance
