@ChevallP i think the issue is that he usually doesnt interpolate like one line in the middle of the verse.. he usually takes a good 4-8 bars & uses it to start his verses he’s basically taking classic hip hop bars & presenting it to his pop audience as his own because they have no idea

Genuinely don’t know why people act like this is an issue. He’s doing what hip hop has always done and he’s giving credit. He’s a nerd about the genres and always has been.
