@Jonatha09107400 @AZSPORTSNETWORK @MikeBasic2 If a school ask for that kind of commitment they should be willing to support that coach in other ways. Ex: FB specific strength and conditioning class, make sure they give the coach a contract where he is teaching on his prep, to supplement his income better, summer pay, etc.

@AZSPORTSNETWORK @MikeBasic2 I'm not so sure they are lining up. Isn't there still like 15 jobs open, and we are in March. IDK.

Hiring Process: IF during the hiring process you were selected and they asked you the following: "In order for us to keep a stable program in place we need a 5 yr commitment" and you say YES I can do that they then ask the following: "In order to do this we would grant you a contract that states if you leave after 1st year you must pay us 5 grand, 4 grand if you leave after 2 years, 3 grand if after 3 and so on until if you meet your obligation you would owe nothing. (Yes there would be certain circumstances not to do the fine I am sure)

The first thing that pops out is his physicality off the line, as he can meet contact with contact and use it to allow him to separate. He is smooth and concise on his breaks, moving fluidly out in the open field. His ability to make insane catches was on display all day, as he utilized his long arms to highpoint and reel in catches.
