JK Rowling using the #NotOurCrimes is very problematic. Crimes do not belong to a group of people. We do not criminalise groups of people based on the crimes committed by a few. This thinking is what leads to racism, homophobia and transphobia.

@suetthatsme There are good hospitals and bad ones. I've been in both. Treatment and food quality differs enormously. I would never choose to go into the #RoyalOldham hospital whereas #SalfordRoyal was excellent.

@AdaptLaw I went in for a hysterectomy. I contracted gastroenteritis and they gave me continuous IV fluids for two weeks. Another hospital advised they'd overloaded my kidneys. Hospital denies this. Result? Dialysis three times a week.

It has occurred to me that we shouldn't need long winded, multi million pound inquiries into aspects of public life and services. They should just work.
The odd inquiry is fine. But our society is mired in an epidemic of them. And most of the recommendations will gather dust.
