When inflation is rising faster than your paycheck, it’s time to create your own. That’s why I love funds like $QQQI, $BLOX, and $NVIT Just $300,000 split evenly = annual dividends around $75,000 ($14,000 from QQQI + $36,000 from BLOX + $25,000 from NVIT)

The S&P 500 just hit new highs, but 400 of the 500 stocks are basically dead money. This isn't a market rally; it’s an "AI Infrastructure" rally. If you aren't in the $NVDA / $VRT / $ETN complex, your portfolio is likely just watching the index rise while your actual holdings rot. Are you a "Hold the Index" believer, or do you prefer to concentrate in the 5% of companies actually growing?

I don’t think the average person fully grasps what happens when: → AI accelerates research → robotics reduces labor costs → energy becomes dramatically cheaper Entire industries get repriced.

People dont see how much $NOW TAM is expanding. Wall Street thinks AI is killing their seat based subscription. But they are pivoting to tokenised labour subscription where companies pay based on how much their ai agents work. With how much companies can cut costs with $NOW, the revenue prospects is crazy

$NOW is setting up for the first time in 2 years. High volume at the lows here = accumulation. Software as an entire sector is trying to change its narrative!
