@HMRCcustomers Waiting for a VAT no which was, apparently, mailed 7 days ago. Told it's sent 2nd class and could take 10 DAYS. What has our postal service come to?

@royalmail Having waited 7 days for correspondence from the VAT man, I'm told they use 2nd class mail which can take 10 DAYS. That's either scandalous or slanderous, I'm not sure which.
