I discovered FIRE in 2012 and was almost instantly sold. My quick and dirty plan was this: 1) Get my money right: save/invest hard. 2) Get my life right: move to a more modest home/ 3) Retire early. Done. Move on. But here I am, 11 years later, still attending FIRE events. 1/2
