After the last rate cut, #BTC dominance dropped for 1-2 weeks before going back up. So the real risk time for ALT/BTC pairs to bleed again may be later this month/December. In the short-term, as the 1st rate cut showed, rate cuts seem to be good for ALT/BTC pairs. But 50 bps was not enough to change the trend. I suppose it is time to see if 75 bps is enough.
