The other risk? You miss the big rally and only keep the premium. That's the trade-off.
Consistent income vs home run upside. I chose income.
I made over $8,000 this week selling puts.
Not buying stocks. Not day trading. Not guessing which way the market goes.
Just selling puts.
If you don't know what that means yet, this thread will change how you think about making money in the market.
@StocksCashFlow If the price has dropped strongly below strike and you are in a new position, for example -2k usd already. And the bonus was 150 USD and you rolled it for 100 days. The allocation is coming and when do you issue a sell calle? Because if you do it right away, you can lose the

Limit z IKZE odliczony.
@MillionaireDoor Im not sure if you remember me, but I started trading options, only doing csp, in January. Well, in August, I made 30,000. I want to say thank you. You really helped me alot in the beginning!

𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀:
High IV = Sell options (they’re expensive)
Low IV = Buy options (they’re cheap)
Overbought = Stock ran up → likely to pause or drop
Oversold = Stock dropped → likely to bounce (use support levels)
𝟭. 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘀
When: High IV + Stock overbought
How: Own 100 shares → Sell call above current price (30-45 days out)
Goal: Collect premium as income. Keep shares if stock doesn’t rise much.
Best for: Steady income on stocks you own.
𝟮. 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗵-𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝘂𝘁𝘀
When: High IV + Stock oversold (near support)
How: Sell put at/near support. Have cash ready to buy 100 shares.
Goal: Keep premium, or buy stock cheap if assigned.
Best for: Getting paid to buy stocks you want at a discount
𝟯. 𝗕𝘂𝘆 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗣𝘀 (𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘀)
When: Low IV + Stock oversold
How: Buy calls 1–2 years out, slightly in/near the money.
Goal: Cheap, leveraged upside with slow time decay.
Best for: Long-term bullish bets with limited risk.
𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗽𝘀:
Use 30-45 day expirations for selling.
Check IV rank >50-70% = high.
Start small. Focus on quality stocks that you want to own only.

@WealthCoachMak Okay, and if the option issued with delta 0.2 sell put entered and currently issuing a sell calla on accepted shares from delta 0.3 comes out much much lower than the actual purchase of shares? Are we waiting or what

Many fear assignment, seeing it as a trading failure. I call it 'Step 2' of the Wheel Strategy. Stop chasing fantasies & embrace the math. Consistent returns come from managing positions, not avoiding outcomes. This is my 'Anti-Hype' approach. 🧵
MACD weakening + RSI 30 + lower Bollinger Band hit = prime put-selling setup
I will sell HIGH DELTA puts in this case
I will also BUY calls in this case 💰💸
